About Pickleball Tournament

Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the world, and BLAZE 2026 brings it to IILM University for the very first time! This dynamic racket sport blends elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis into an incredibly fun and competitive game that anyone can pick up but takes real skill to master.

The tournament will feature singles and doubles categories, giving players the flexibility to compete solo or as a duo. Fast rallies, strategic dinks, and smashing drives make this one of the most entertaining events of the festival.

Singles: 1 player per entry
Doubles: 2 players per team
All players must be present in IILM campus

Rules

Matches will be played in singles and doubles format for boys and girls.
Matches will be conducted as per standard Pickleball rules, unless modified by the Organizing Committee.
Each match will be played as best of three games
Each game will be played up to 7 points and must be won by a margin of at least two points
Only the serving team can score points
Line calls and service faults will be decided by the referee.
The double-bounce rule will be strictly followed.
Players must serve underhand, diagonally across the court.
